Can I perform daily activities (shower, exercise, sweat etc.) ?Yes. However we do not recommend excessive exposure to water. The hair unit will loosen upon excessive water exposure. This includes sweating as well.

I am completely bald, can I get a hair unit?Yes. However for those who are able to grow hair we recommend you grow your hair at least a week & a half to two weeks for blending purposes. This will allow us to achieve a natural appearance for your custom look.

Are in person consultations possible or required of me?Our consultations are made easy for you! We provide very detailed consultations to make the customer comfortable prior to getting serviced. In person or phone consultations are available! Consultation fee of just $50 applies. Payment is due prior to consulting. Consultations last approximately 30 min. To get started please provide 2-5 clear photos of your balding areas as well as a photo of the hairstyle you would like to achieve..A time convenient for you will be scheduled. Have your questions ready!

How long does it take for the hair unit to be applied?The process takes generally 1 – 2 hours average on most clients

Can the hair unit be taken off & reapplied?Yes but ONLY the 3 – 4 month hair unit can be removed & reapplied..Any 2-4 week unit this would not apply.

Do I need to pay a deposit to schedule an appointment ?Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit for our hair unit services.. The deposit goes towards the total cost of the service provided. All deposits must be paid immediately upon scheduling. We send the deposit information to you when scheduling the appointment.

What is a hair unit??Commonly referred to as a “man weave”, a custom hair unit is a hair extension for men who are experiencing hair loss. Whether it’s prematurely due to health conditions or a hereditary form of hair loss. It is not permanent. It is a non-surgical cosmetic solution to hair loss for men/women.

How long do the units last?We have units that last from 2 – 3 weeks up to 3 – 4 months. Depending on the style you desire.

Do I have to cut my hair bald to get a hair unit?In most cases yes. This allows you to achieve a more natural appearance. For those who need only a “frontal partial unit” or “spot repair service” for bald spots only this would not necessarily apply.

Can I have the hair unit shipped to me?All hair units must be done in person.

What keeps the hair unit secure on my head?We use a protectant as well as an adhesive specifically designed for hair to keep the hair unit in place. NO surgical procedure or damaging chemicals are applied to the clients scalp or head during the session.

Can I purchase & supply my own hair?Yes you can! However we can’t guarantee the quality of your hair unit and cannot back any outsourced hair units after installation. But we will be happy to apply the hair unit on for you.

Is there a difference between a hair unit & a toupee?Hair units give the client a variety of hair styles to choose from that blend with their natural hair. Therefore more versatile and also more secure than your average toupee.
